I. DEGREE PROGRAMS  
1.1.    Undergraduate Programs (Bachelor Degree)
   
1.1.1.    S1 - Tours and Travel Business (Usaha Perjalanan Wisata)
    Government Registration Number : 11170/D/T/K-IV/2012
    i.    Concentration: Hospitality Management (S.Par.Title)
      Student will learn all aspects related with hospitality management and gain excellent experiences on job training programs. The hospitality skill is one of very important criteria to be a General Manager of big operation hotel or cruise line. At the end of the program students are entitled to hold S.Par degree.

    ii. Concentration: Business Management (S.Par. Title)
      Students learn concepts of Business Management with the goal that the students are able to develop new businesses. Students are trained to be more sensitive in identifying businesses opportunities, marshaling resources, and establishing a business operation. Business ethics, norm and values are also provided for their future global career development. The graduated students are entitled to hold S.Par. degree.

       Students learn concepts of Hotel Managements are able to manage hotel operations. The students are trained by emphasizing more practical experience during the program. The graduated students are entitled to hold S.ST degree.

  1.1.3. Extension
    Extension program is designed for D3 graduates who would like to continue their bachelors degree and for working professionals looking for higher education degrees. The extension classes are given during weekend, 2 days a week (Saturday & Sunday)

1.2.    Diploma Programs
   
  D3 - Hotel Management (A.Md)
Government Registration Number : 10393/D/T/K-IV/2012
   
  Students learn concept of Hotel Operation and Supervision Skills, developing their leadership and the interpersonal skills which are very important in their future career. The Students will have one year opportunity a job training program in star hotels or cruises. This program will enhance their real work experiences and build networking for their future career in a supervisor level. The graduated students from the diploma program are entitled to hold A.Md degree.

II. NON DEGREE PROGRAMS  
2.1. 3-Year Program
  3 Years Program (Food and Beverage Production):
  LKP BHI provide a three-year program Food and Beverage Production to the students who would like to get more practice. The students will learn more about how the management works, production of food and beverages, surveillance and its management. It will be useful for students to get a job and a career in the hospitality industry.

  Hotel Operation
  Students to be ready as operational staff in the hospitality industry, they will study the basic knowledge and skills of Room Division, Food & Beverage Service and Food Production Areas. Students will learn to work independently and also participate in a team. This program is designed for students who would like to have a fast track of finding a job.

2.3. Internship And Preparation Program
  Internship and Preparation program is only for International student. Preparation program will take
  1 Month consist of:
 
1. Basic Hospitality
2. Basic Asian Cultures
3. Basic Indonesian Language
4. Rendang and Nasi Goreng Cooking Class
5. Interview Preparation Class
  Internship program will take 6 months placed in 4 star hotel or above of our partnership hotel.

2.4. Immersion Program In The Asian Culinery Arts (6 weeks)
   
  PROGRAM OVERVIEW
   
  Our 6-week immersion program provides training for chefs and individuals who wish to learn Asian cooking methods and preparation of food and kitchen management in Indonesian culture environment. The program includes basic and advanced skills and knowledge for the key ingredients and different cooking styles used in the preparation of Asian cuisines. All courses offered in this program are taught in English. The program aims to guide the participants with essential Asian culinary training and prepare them for a wide variety of jobs in culinary industries.
  -   Learn from the best chefs whose expertise is in Asian cuisines
-   Master the basic and advanced Asian cooking techniques and food production
-   Explore a variety of Asian cooking styles and the Asian food history
   
  HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
   
  Through demonstrations, food seminar, field trips, hands-on instructions from renowned chefs and as well intensive cooking training in BHI Hospitality School's state-of-the-art contemporary laboratory kitchen, participants will gain expertise in the following Asian culinary areas:
  -   Preparation and techniques: stir-frying, deep-frying, shallow-frying, braising, boiling, steaming and roasting
-   Herbs, spices, stocks, soups, and sauces
-   Seafood, poultry, and meats
-   Vegetables and fruits
-   Noodles, rice, and other grain
-   Breads, pastry, cakes, crepes, waffles, savory and sweet fillings
-   Regional cuisines and food history and cultures
-   Menu planning

  CERTIFICATION
   
  Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate in the Asian Culinary Arts from BHI Hospitality School
