Harry Avianthara, 51 years old, has been in the hospitality industry for 26 years. Furthermore, he enhanced his qualification by attending Food and Beverage Management (1992) NHTI – Bandung, Profiency Survival Craft and Rescue Boats – Ms Oosterdam October (2005), Marine Pest Management (August 2008) – Fulton Marine International USA, Environmetal Management System Tier 1,2 & ISO 14001 ( Nov 2007) USA.
Ever since, he worked all around the globe, specializing in Housekeeping services, including instructor of Housekeeping courses. His training include several prestigious institution worlwide, include : Lesaffre Baking Center-Marcq en Baroeul-France (1984, 1988), United Flour Mills Baking School-Bangkok (1987, 1997), Yves Girard Boulangerie-Matignon-France (1988), Corman SA-Goe Limbourg-Belgium (1988). His vast working experience include several major food producing companies, such as : PT Food Specialities Indonesia – Nestle (1972-1982), PT Eresindo Jaya Trading Co (1982-1988), PT Karina Trijaya Agung (1998-2000), PT mitindo Usahasejati (2000-2004), La Petit Paris Cafe (2005).
Bambang Suparmono, A.Md.Par currently is one of LKP BHI’s lecturers majoring in Bakery and Pastry. He finished his Diploma from AKPAR Sahid Jakarta, and currently pursuing his degree at STKIP. His working experiences include years of service at Indonesia’s top hotels and food caterers , such as Hilton Hotel (1990-1993), Hotel Indonesia (1994-1995), Patra Jasa Hotel, Sahid Bali Hotel, Sheraton Airport Hotel , Mai Bakery and Cake (2008-2009), Tiara Garuda as Demi Chef Pastry (2004-2008), Aero Wisata (1997-1998).
