  • Harry Avianthara, 51 years old, has been in the hospitality industry for 26 years. Holding a degree of Hotel management from National Hotel and Tourism Institute (NHTI) Bandung, on 1994-1995 he attended Marketing Course in Educational Institute of American Hotel And Motel Association In East Lansing Michigan, USA. Furthermore, he enhanced his qualification by attending Food and Beverage Management (1992) NHTI – Bandung, Profiency Survival Craft and Rescue Boats – Ms Oosterdam October (2005), Marine Pest Management (August 2008) – Fulton Marine International USA, Environmetal Management System Tier 1,2 & ISO 14001 ( Nov 2007) USA.

    Ever since, he worked all around the globe, specializing in Housekeeping services, including instructor of Housekeeping courses. Several of those, include Holand American westour inc-Seattle Washington – USA (1984-1995, 1998-2003, 2005-2009), Chmplain – New York _ 24 West Service Road 12919 – USA (2006), Meranti Magsaysay Training School For Cruise Line Jakarta (2010), Sangkuriang Hotel and Tourism Academy Bogor and Wisakti Hotel and Tourism Institute Jakarta (2009-2010), Johnson Apartment London England (2010).

  • Graduated from Trisakti Academy of Tourism for D3 Programme on 1994 and on March 2006-2007, she decided to take the Bachelor in Hospitality (D4 Programme) from Trisakti Institute of Tourism. On April 2015 holding a Master of Education English from Indraprasta PGRI University. The next planning, on September 2016 she will continue study at Trisakti Institute of Tourism, concentrate for Magister Hospitality Management.

Aug 1994 – Feb 2002 as Reservationist, Reservation Supervisor, Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive and Asst. S & M Manager in charge Travel Agent at Hotel Ibis Kemayoran and on March 2002 – Nov 2006 as Reservation Supervisor and the last position as Reservation Manager at Hotel Mercure Kuta, Bali.

    More  than   eleven   years   diversified   working  experience at Hotel Industry in Front Office Department and Sales & Marketing Department, implementing Front Office – Reservation and Sales & Marketing, Sales Procedures and Policies, etc. With her experience and knowledge in the field of hospitality industry, she have tried to provide the best knowledge and sharing her knowledge to the students at Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata  Bogor  for the achievement of students in teaching and learning. The Teaching Experience as lecturer, starting on July 2010 until now for subject Front Office Operations, Rooms Division Supervisory and Rooms Division Management.

  • Haris Noorbijanto, 60 years old, is a Senior Bakery Advisor of Hotel salak the heritae Bogor, while also gives lecture on Bakery and Pastry Production at Akpar Bogor (Bogor Hotel Institute). His training include several prestigious institution worlwide, include : Lesaffre Baking Center-Marcq en Baroeul-France (1984, 1988), United Flour Mills Baking School-Bangkok (1987, 1997), Yves Girard Boulangerie-Matignon-France (1988), Corman SA-Goe Limbourg-Belgium (1988). His vast working experience include several major food producing companies, such as : PT Food Specialities Indonesia – Nestle (1972-1982), PT Eresindo Jaya Trading Co (1982-1988), PT Karina Trijaya Agung (1998-2000), PT mitindo Usahasejati (2000-2004), La Petit Paris Cafe (2005).

  • Bambang Suparmono, A.Md.Par currently is one of LKP BHI’s lecturers majoring in Bakery and Pastry. He finished his Diploma from AKPAR Sahid Jakarta, and currently pursuing his degree at STKIP. His working experiences include years of service at Indonesia’s top hotels and food caterers , such as Hilton Hotel (1990-1993), Hotel Indonesia (1994-1995), Patra Jasa Hotel, Sahid Bali Hotel, Sheraton Airport Hotel , Mai Bakery and Cake (2008-2009), Tiara Garuda as Demi Chef Pastry (2004-2008), Aero Wisata (1997-1998).
